Ingredients
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp honey
¼ tbsp smoked paprika
½ tbsp diamond crystal kosher salt
16 oz raw whole cashews

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a heat proof bowl, melt 2 tbsp ghee, then add 2 tbsp good quality honey, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, and 1/2 tsp diamond crystal kosher salt. Mixie mix. Then add in 16oz raw, whole cashews. Mixie mix. Then spread evenly on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with some extra smoked pap if you’re feeling crazy.

Bake for 20 minutes for golden, 25 for deeply golden, and 30 for super golden and very smoky. Choose your adventure. Toss once out of the oven, allow to cool, then eat those suckers up. You can top with more salt if that’s your vibe.
